1. Our Service
Evently US is an event-discovery and event-listing platform. We help visitors discover events and allow organizers to submit event information for review and publication.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Evently US does not sell admission tickets for events. Ticket purchases, event attendance, and transactions with third-party organizers or ticketing platforms are handled directly between you and the applicable organizer or third party.
2. Event Submissions and Review
Organizers may submit events through our website. Submission does not guarantee publication.
We may review, edit for clarity or formatting, reject, suspend, remove, or modify any event listing at our discretion. We may do so when a submission is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, inappropriate, infringes another person’s rights, or does not fit the purpose of our platform.
3. Organizer Responsibilities
If you submit an event, you represent and agree that:
- All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
- You have the right to use and publish all submitted text, images, logos, links, and other materials.
- Your event complies with applicable laws, permits, regulations, and venue requirements.
- You will promptly notify us of cancellations, major schedule changes, incorrect details, or other updates.
- You will not submit misleading, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, unlawful, or fraudulent content.
You remain responsible for your event, its operation, communications, tickets, refunds, safety, and compliance.
4. Premium Event Listings
Evently US may offer paid premium listing plans that provide enhanced placement or visibility on the website.
Payment for a premium listing does not guarantee:
- Approval or publication of an event;
- Ticket sales, attendance, revenue, media coverage, or a particular ranking;
- Placement for a specific period if the event is cancelled, removed, or does not meet our requirements.
We may decline or remove a premium listing if it violates these Terms. Where appropriate, any refund will be handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.
5. Payments
Premium listing payments are processed through Stripe and may be recorded through WooCommerce. By making a payment, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount shown at checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information. We do not store complete payment-card numbers on our own servers.
6. Event Information and Third-Party Links
Event listings may include links to organizer websites, ticketing platforms, venues, maps, and social-media services. These third-party services are not controlled by Evently US.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, safety, quality, legality, or outcome of any event, ticket, organizer, venue, product, or third-party service. Please verify event details directly with the organizer before making plans or purchases.
7. Intellectual Property
The Evently US website, including its design, branding, text, graphics, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Evently US and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
By submitting event content, you grant Evently US a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, format, promote, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the event listing and our platform.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use the website to:
- Violate any law or another person’s rights;
- Submit false, misleading, spam, or fraudulent information;
- Upload harmful code or interfere with the website’s security or operation;
- Collect personal information from users without permission;
- Copy or scrape website content for unauthorized commercial use;
- Impersonate another person or organization.
9. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate access to the website, an account, a submission, or a listing when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or when necessary to protect the website, users, organizers, or the public.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evently US makes no warranties regarding the website, event listings, third-party services, or the accuracy or availability of information.
Evently US is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, venue changes, pricing changes, ticketing disputes, injuries, losses, organizer conduct, or problems caused by third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evently US will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or reliance on an event listing.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.
